Exposure Diary

1. Controller
The controller responsible for the app and this privacy policy is Colin Zwicker, operating under the name Apexcreations, Switzerland. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@apexcreations.ch.
2. Purpose of the app
Exposure Diary helps users document personal situations and related ratings and review their development over time.
3. Data stored in the app
The app may store information entered by you, including situations, ratings, notes, timestamps and other information you choose to record. This content may include sensitive personal information.
Under the current feature set, this data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to Apexcreations.
4. No user account
The current version does not require an Apexcreations user account.
5. Analytics, advertising and tracking
The current version does not use advertising networks or cross-app tracking and Apexcreations does not create personal advertising profiles from app usage.
6. Data export
If you use an export feature, you decide where the resulting file is stored or transferred. Further processing is then also governed by the destination service you select.
7. Backups and device security
Depending on your iOS and backup settings, local app data may form part of a device backup. Your device, Apple ID and backup security are governed by your Apple settings and Apple's applicable terms.
8. Deletion
You can delete content inside the app. Removing the app generally removes locally stored app data from the device, except for data that may independently remain in a device or cloud backup.
9. Disclosure to third parties
Under the current feature set, Apexcreations does not send diary or exposure data entered in the app to its own servers or other recipients.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated if the app's functions, technical components or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL.
