Privacy policy for Heliovex
Updated: 5 November 2026. This policy describes the Heliovex iOS app, local game data and optional purchase and advertising features.

Game data on your device
Heliovex stores progress, stars, high scores, settings, ball customization, earned credits and daily challenge results and rewards on your device. No separate player account is required. The app does not send this game data to our own game server. Daily configurations are calculated on your device using the UTC date; there is no public leaderboard.
Local game data remains on the device until the app is removed. Device backups and restoration also depend on your operating system settings. Reinstalling the app does not automatically restore earned progress through RevenueCat.
Optional purchases
Pro Balls permanently unlocks additional cosmetic ball variants. The separate Remove Ads purchase allows one revive per attempt without a video. Both are one-time purchases without monthly or annual subscriptions. We use RevenueCat to manage and restore purchases. The service connects when the app starts and uses a generated app user identifier and purchase and transaction information. We do not provide your name or email address as customer attributes. RevenueCat does not receive payment details such as credit card information through this integration. Apple purchases are paid through the App Store. Purchase tests through TestFlight use Apple's sandbox and do not cause real charges.
Optional revive videos
After losing a round, you may choose to watch a Google AdMob advertisement if one is available. Only a reward confirmed by the provider grants an extra life, once per attempt. A confirmed Remove Ads purchase removes the video requirement for this same single revive and stops further ad preloading. You can play without advertisements or purchases. Automatic interruption ads are not implemented.
AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate location information based on IP addresses, diagnostic and performance data, and advertising and interaction data. This supports advertising delivery, measurement and improvement, among other purposes. Processing depends on privacy settings and available permissions. The app checks Google's privacy choices before requesting or preloading ads. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform displays a choice. You can reopen it under Settings → Privacy & contact → Advertising privacy choices when Google makes this option available in your region. Rejecting personalized advertising does not always mean Google cannot serve any ads. We do not request location permission for the game. Test versions initially use Google test ads.
Support requests and external links
If you contact us by email, we use your message and the contact details you provide to handle your request. Please do not send payment details or passwords. Support and website links open your email app or browser, where the respective services' processing also applies.
Service providers and your requests
RevenueCat, Apple and Google process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Processing may take place outside Switzerland or your country of residence. Their linked notices describe retention periods, transfers and safeguards.
For access, correction or deletion requests concerning Heliovex, contact support@apexcreations.ch. We assess your request and involve the relevant provider where necessary. Deleting local game data does not cancel or refund an App Store purchase; Apple also handles purchase and payment requests through your store account.

We update this policy when features or services change. The date above identifies the current version.
